Others are always to blame, others are always evil and others always do things “that don’t work at all”.
To find peace, the true peace within, it is necessary that we stop evaluating. to judge people and/or to consider situations as good or bad. Self-criticism also involves questioning ourselves and recognizing that we are not what we think we are.
“If we want to know who we are, we have to stop being – because we can be anything when we realize that we are nothing”!
